GFSF - Membership

Terms and Conditions

  • The member has to abide by all the terms and conditions of the GFSF
  • Every member will be required to renew their membership every year
  • Each member does not renew the membership on time, then they will have to pay 200 late Fees.
  • If the member has any criminal background, his membership will be terminated
  • If the membership of the member is terminated and he uses any of the documents of GFSF, Identity Visiting Card etc., then it will be illegal for the institution to take legal action
  • If the member does not follow the rules and conditions of the organization, then the organization can terminate its membership at any time

Declaration


I……………… declare that the information given by me along with all the documents submitted in the application form is correct, I have not kept any information hidden even if the information given by me is found to be incorrect or false. If it goes, then the organization will have the right to take any legal action regarding me, and I agree to withdraw from my membership of the institution. I have read all the rules of the organization carefully, and agree with it.

नियम व शर्ते

  • सदस्य को जी0 एफ0 एस0 एफ0 के सभी नियमो व शर्तो का पालन करना होगा !
  • प्रत्येक सदस्य को अपनी सदस्यता का प्रतिवर्ष नवीनीकरण करवाना अनिवार्य होगा !
  • प्रत्येक सदस्य समयनुसार सदस्यता का नवीनीकरण नही कराते है तो उन्हे विलम्ब शुल्क 200 अदा करना होगा।
  • यदि सदस्य को कोइ आपाराधिक पृष्ठभूमि है तो उसकी सदस्यता समाप्त कर दी जायेगी !
  • यदि सदस्य की सदस्यता समाप्त हो गई और वह जी0 एफ0 एस0 एफ0 के किसी भी दस्तावेज पहचानपत्र विजिटिंग कार्ड इत्यादि प्रयोग करता है तो यह गैरकानूनी होगा संस्था इस पर कानूनी कार्यवाही कर सकती है।
  • यदि सदस्य संस्था के नियमो व शर्तो का पालन नही करता है तो उसे संस्था उसकी सदस्यता को कभी भी समाप्त कर सकती है !

घोषणा


मै ये घोषणा करता हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा आवेदन पत्र मे प्रस्तुत सभी दस्तावेजो के साथ दी गई जानकारी सही है, मैने किसी भी जानकारी को छुपा नही रखा है य़द्य़पि मेरे द्वारा दी गई जानकारी गलत या असत्य पाई जाती है, तो संस्था को मेरे विषय मे कोई भी कानूनी कार्यवाही करने का अधिकार होगा, और मै संस्था की अपनी सदस्यता से बाहर निकलने के लिए सहमत हूँ। मैने संस्था के सभी नियमो को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ लिया है, और इसके द्वारा सहमत हूँ।
